We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Delivery Manager, IWPB Growth Initiatives. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Drive key strategic programs, identify common capabilities and prioritize scalable solutions to deliver best in class Mobile Banking experience
  • Translate market demand and capability gaps into meaningful, executable, prioritized multi-year roadmap and liaise with the Global Mobile transformation team for guidance on global solution and execution
  • Support the Business and markets in designing, facilitating, and running workshops, and in proposing recommendations
  • Help market teams to build investment cases at an aggregated level linking to the OKRs
  • Identify program delivery blockers and co-ordinate resolutions across market, regional and global stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global teams to provide regular performance updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders on key programs
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with the executive teams and be seen as a trusted advisor when it comes to Mobile transformation and delivering complex change
  • Work with the Market Activation Teams to ensure delivery of strategic digital programs, share learnings and identify synergies across iterations
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • University degree holder
  • Advanced experience of managing complex change projects, facilitating workshop and working groups using Design Thinking methods
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Versatile experience, working with people in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally including experience presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders
