Unsecured Lending and Payment
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Executive Secretary.
Principal responsibilities
- Provide secretarial services to management
- Provide administrative and personnel support to the department
- Handle documents and general office processing and assist in the transition into a paperless and electronic environment
- Manage itinerary of meetings and events for management and support departmental functions
- Handle administrative duties including telephone calls, emails in an accurate and prompt manner
- Support basic finance processing and approvals of departmental expenses
- Handle booking of overseas travels and support of visitors
- Streamline and simplify departmental administrative process to empower self-service of the team
Requirements
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, experience in financial services will be an advantage
- Strong attention to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of computer skills and office automation tools
- Strong change orientation and initiative on continual improvements
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; written and spoken
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
