We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of F4 Target Operating Model Analyst 

Principal responsibilities

  • Help to develop templates and standards to ensure consistency of process mapping across all workstreams
  • Review existing documentation to ensure it provides a suitable foundation for process design and scope the scale of work to complete. Raise issues with the TOM Lead so they can be addressed.
  • Design and document processes of the TOM.
  • Interact with GB / GF colleagues at various levels (including senior executives) across the Programme to agree upon the new model
  • Raise risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions in suitable reporting tool
  • Design, document & implement a robust control environment around the TOM
  • Independently handle the queries from GB / GF
  • Develop strong working relationships and share information with subject matter experts across the programme
  • Manage to deliver as per the project timelines
  • F4 programme is planned to follow a phased implementation with sequential roll out plans running into 2025 & 2026.
Requirements
  • MBA (Finance) / CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience of working in large corporations
  • Experience in FP&A / forecasting / planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills and experience of interacting with senior stakeholders
  • What additional skills will be good to have?
  • Experience in working / drafting / implementation of target operating models
  • Experience in writing papers and preparing presentations
