Finance (FIN)
Global Finance is integral to HSBC’s purpose and strategy, playing a valued role in managing costs and deploying capital in the most effective way. Our global team of finance professionals partner with the business to provide trusted insights and forward looking analysis with accuracy and efficiency, and to frame and influence business decisions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop, manage and maintain data policies, methodologies, systems and processes to ensure data integrity.
2. Develop and maintain data processes which ensure that they are fitting to serve the needs of local regulatory financial reporting.
3. Investigate and perform root cause analyses to identify data integrity issues and process failures and provide support in the implementation of solutions.
4. Provide a data lineage view to discover the data flow/movement from its source to destination via various changes.
5. Participate in data management and data governance activities, ensuring the data practices comply with regulations.
6. Advise on change activities which involve data sources, affect data processes or impact data service provision.
7. Deploy and maintain Metadata/Data Dictionary for recording and maintaining data lineage to understand, visualize and optimise the data processing process.
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
‐ University (BA) or (BS)
‐ Six to ten years' experience on financial accounting or regulatory reporting.
‐ Excellence Data Literacy, experience on data management e.g. data governance, data quality control, data dictionary etc.
‐ Excellence Digital Literacy, experience on using new digital tools (automation, visualization etc.) in daily process.
‐ Excellence communication skills for collaborating with various stake holders e.g. other GF/GB and local regulators.
‐ Must have solid experience on database management and coding capability of SQL or Python.
‐ Work experience on managing data process via Ali_Cloud Data Work and QiuckBI is a plus.
‐ Holder of China DAMA's CDGA or CDGP is a plus.
