Your career opportunity
You will join the Cybersecurity Product Sustained Engineering team, responsible for the Splunk SIEM platform and other technology supporting Global Cybersecurity Operations.  The team manages all aspects of the AWS hosted Cybersecurity platforms as well as on-premises data ingestion infrastructure and forensics services.
The Agile Delivery Manager role is responsible for the managing the team’s DevOps delivery through planning and co-ordination of engineering activities.  Scrum management, sprint planning and reporting are core to this role, along with stakeholder management and project prioritisation.
Additionally, the agile delivery role will provide leadership for regulatory and audit engagements, oversee key control indicator reporting and manage communications and engagement on behalf of the engineering team.

What you’ll do
Prioritisation and co-ordination of engineering activities
Sprint planning and reporting
Management of team communications and engagement
Process ownership for change delivery and incident handling
Management of documentation space and ownership of templates for process definitions, implementation plans and troubleshooting activities
Regulatory and audit engagement leadership for SIEM technology services and threat detection controls
Product development lifecycle and roadmap planning
Driving the implementation of new service offerings, capability uplifts and process improvements

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Expertise in agile delivery, including Jira and Confluence
Experience in documentation management and standardisation
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in business language
Experience with compliance best practices, frameworks and regulations
Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity
A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to orchestrate, manage and successfully implement major procedural and technological change within a complex, global organization
