What you’ll do
- Providing assistance and supporting Analysts and Business Analysts in Business Analysis, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities
- Gathering, translating and clarifying business requirements and defining design options
- Assisting with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements
- Provide support to Change Management activities such as designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness adoption, and feedback
- Support and/or participate in implementation activities such as implementation readiness and piloting
- Engage with stakeholders to find solutions to problems
- Support Krakow WPB GTC team in admin activities (i.e. Recruitment, Headcount tracking & reporting, cost tracking, Training & Capability Management, MI Responsibilities)
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Experience in project / programme management
- Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry
- Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English
- Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
- Experience in recruitment process
- Knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tools
