The Workforce Strategy Analyst is responsible for providing support, data analysis and overseeing the implementation of the Workforce Strategy within CTO. Reporting to the CTO WFM Strategy Lead the role will work to ensure successful delivery of CTO Workforce Strategy, CTO Vendor Strategy and aid in the emerging talent pipeline.
The person in this role will be commercially astute, an excellent communicator and able to partner with business stakeholders. They will work with business managers to enable definition of technology strategies and help drive a culture of continuous improvement. They will also be working with Internal and External stakeholders, at various levels of the respective organisation including procurement, vendor relationship managers, vendor CIOs
What you’ll do
- Implement and manage the CTO strategy including any Technology led programmes.
- Data management around strategy adherence, vendor engagement, global project contracts, resource, financial spend,
- Partner with domains to improve data quality and alignment to strategy
- Work with domains to drive the strategy requirements for Non Permanent resource
- Create and maintain appropriate reporting
- Manage internal and external 3rd party relationships
- Own relevant approval processes within CTO Workforce Management
- Creation of strategy slides for CTO ExCo, CTO COO ExCo, Business Managers,
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven experience working in a Business Analyst type role in a banking or financial services organization.
- Proven experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an unstructured and changing environment.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to think "outside" the box and look at solutions / approaches outside traditional comfort zones.
- Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all 5 regions (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
