Your career opportunity
The Content Studio sits within Customer and Marketing and is responsible for managing HSBC’s public websites (PWS) for Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) globally and secure content on multiple platforms.
The Content Management Administrator is responsible for updating the PWS and other platforms according to briefs provided by market stakeholders. As part of a regional team covering EMEA (and ASP & US depending on staffing volumes), the role holder will be required to work effectively under direction of the local site lead and ultimately the Global Head of Content and Governance to create compelling and engaging content to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
While this is not a developer role, the role holder will also be required to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of issues with the PWS, or the content management system (AEM) and so technical knowledge is advantageous.
This role will be required to support Out of Hours changes (business critical work that may need to be made outside of normal office hours).

What you’ll do
    • Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams at a local, regional, and global level.
    • Build customer focused, engaging content in our Content Management System (CMS) according to supplied briefs.
    • Ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards.
    • Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the PWS and/or content management system.
    • Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within GPWS and Content & Copy.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at a local, regional and global level.
    • Proactively share best practice and knowledge around content management with relevant teams, providing insight and recommendations as appropriate.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Experience and knowledge of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management, e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, SEO, SEM, optimisation, accessibility, and UX/UI.
    • Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems (specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is essential) and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar).
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 10 000 PLN - 11 300 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
