Job environment
Cybersecurity Poland is a hub for Global Cybersecurity functions servicing all HSBC locations, Businesses and Functions. Currently, Cybersecurity Poland consists of teams that support the following Cybersecurity functions:
Cybersecurity Operations
Cybersecurity Global Defence Engineering
Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing
Cybersecurity Business Enablement
Identity and Access Management
Cybersecurity Business Management Team is internal enabling function that provides essential services to support the core business operations. Team ensures the smooth and seamless operation of a core cybersecurity areas based in Poland

What you’ll do
Manage contract activities across various Cybersecurity domains and functions, including coordination of contract renewals, initiating Procurement Service Requests and Third-Party Spend, and collaborating with Procurement, IT Cost Management, and IT COO Business Management teams.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors, track performance metrics, and support issue resolution as needed.
Contribute to the Cybersecurity Vendor Management Board by providing input and managing assigned follow-up actions.
Handle the end-to-end non-permanent recruitment process for all Cybersecurity teams, including vendor and agency negotiations. Activities include: Maintaining data in the vendor recruitment system, Raising requisition requests, Communicating detailed job requirements to agencies, Consulting potential candidate profiles with agency representatives, Scheduling interviews and collecting feedback from hiring managers, Managing the offer process
Host and facilitate weekly meetings with recruitment agencies, including creation and maintenance of action logs.
Support workforce management activities across the Cybersecurity 
Coordinate event and branding initiatives to enhance HSBC's presence in the local cybersecurity market, including organizing departmental participation in prominent industry conferences.
Contribute to regional Cyber People initiatives and engagement activities.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Understanding recruitment process in complex organisation. Previous experience in IT recruitment role is advantageous.
Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding corporate environments with a need to multi-task whilst dealing with ambiguity and change.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner, maintaining high quality of input
Excellent English, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, regional compliance regulations and laws is a plus
Experience in dealing with expenses, 3rd parties, vendors, consultancy firms and contractors.
Experience in providing materials to senior executives, boards, and regulators.
Experience in managing large networks of stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
Project Management skills and experience are a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
