We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.

In this role, you will:

About the role: We are looking for a Global Test Manager within the Payments space.

• The quality engineering team is responsible for conducting testing for all requirements across 12 countries which use the Global Pay Plus (GPP/ GPP SP) product. This will give a great exposure to Global banking and multiple banking systems. It also provides opportunities to interact with Business stakeholders of various countries.
• The team works across multiple Clearing systems and multiple geographies, and you will be exposed to a wide gamut of World Banking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

• The responsibilities of this role entitled to lead the entire quality engineering team of 50 people spread across multiple geographical area and responsible for testing all release, change request and major programs.
• You will be responsible to maintain high level quality standards of all deliverables.
• You will be instrumental in test strategy for releases and Major programs.
• You will be responsible to lead test transformation.
• You will be responsible to create vendor contracts for quality engineering work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payment system requirements, ensuring accurate and thorough test coverage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Responsible to update JIRA test User stories, Creating Defect/Test dashboard and generating daily/weekly test progress report to IT stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the software testing space, and 5 years of experience in the Payments domain.
• Strong Experience of delivering Complex Testing Engagement programs preferably from payments perspective
• Worked in Global Pay Plus application (Classic or Fusion) previously or an equivalent.
• Good understanding of Payments, Clearing Systems, Wires and Accounting.
• Exposure in test automation.
• Test automation scripting knowledge.
• Exposure to working with Vendor products in a Banking Landscape
• The ability to conduct interact and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
• Managed a team of at-least 20-25 members
