Job description

The HR Service Delivery role will execute all elements of HR Operations being responsible for  payroll, benefits, HR accounts recon & substantiation as well as activities related to data management, mobility and service management.

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct monthly payroll activities with external vendor and reviewing them to ensure regulatory adherence by having an internal strong base for check ;

·       Perform monthly recon & substantiation of HR accounts  ensuring consistence with Finance´s provisions and generating monthly KPIs to guarantee the process is being done adequately;

·       Benefits Management – manage costs & interface with external vendors as well as the accounts payable team  on related topics as well as invoices regarding ad hoc staff  benefits.  

·       Perform HR system updates frequently – update HR internal system to ensure consistency with reporting lines, cost centers, job codes, compensation, job progression and generate people analytics reports.

·       Execute tasks in partnership with the Mobility and Performance & Rewards Teams – such as: international employees payments; recharges; payreview base reviews; market data mapping, etc.

·       Performing Staff costs consolidation for budget purposes in interface with Finance;

·       Create regulatory reports as well as internal communication and generate monthly KPIS to ensure area is being monitored;

·       Ensure all processes are reviewed annually, updated when required and are audit compliant

Requirements

Graduation in Accounting , Business Administration or related areas

English Advanced level.

Preferably previous experience in financial institutions performing HR Accounting and/ or Payroll.
