In this role you will:
- Deliver trade finance product revenue growth against regional and local targets, whilst ensuring robust profitability and returns
- Ensure a high quality customer experience, whilst cultivating a consistent and appropriate selling culture
- Ensure connectivity to the wider trade finance industry and adapt to regulatory and market infrastructure changes
- Exhibit a strong understanding of new revenue sources and contribute to the development of new GTS propositions
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and that reputational risk impact is mitigated for GTS
- Actively contribute to respective management committees
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth and sales targets through a client and solution-centric approach
- Detailed knowledge of the trade finance product suite, including but not limited to letters of credit, bank guarantees, structured trade finance and the insurance/re-insurance industry
- Solid understanding of credit risk and lending requirements
- Understanding of Product management, business planning and financial management principles are essential
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work in a matrixed organisational structure
