We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Health strategy and plan. To assist Chief Product Officer to plan and execute the health initiatives in terms of product design, pricing optimization, promotion campaign, value added services, system modernization to improve the customer experience

Ensure all the regulatory requirement in term of resource plan, system, policy governance, operation process  and etc. for running health business

Design / measurement / communication / cost control / system development requirements/approval process of the health relating initiatives.

Supervision and compliance rectification, on-going monitoring of the service efficiency, cost control, customer and front lines feedback on the health services and operations.

Vendor management, lead team to improve capability, quality of the service vendors. Manage the contracts, on board and exit process and complying with internal and external policy and manual

Team leadership & development: Provide a strong leadership to the health operation service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Meanwhile, you need to proactively work with other related departments and stakeholders, including Distribution, Product, Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance to strengthen HSBC Life Insurance health propositions.

 

要求

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Over 10 years of relevant experience in life insurance preferably in China. Extensive experience in health business, product, service, or operation

Strong knowledge and understanding of mass affluent/High Net Worth customer segments, private banking / private client solutions on health product and services

Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and in a diverse environment that requires excellent team leadership and management skill, interpersonal, effective communications and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders of all levels and across countries, regional and global structure

Strong business sense with good analytical, project management skills and has an eye-for-detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Performance driven attitude with strong commercial acumens and prior experience in sales and business development preferred

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance consideration. Effective communication skills (in Mandarin and English)
