Investments and Wealth Solutions
Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.
We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Head of INV Funds Commercialization.
Principle responsibilities
- Manage the wealth proposition development of Investment Fund, and end-to-end sales journey development to meet the investment needs of our customers, grow our fund business and improve sales service quality in accordance to regulatory and internal requirements and policies
- Collaborate with external partners like fund houses, distribution channels, 2LoD and other stakeholders to keep our competitive edge in fund business
- Work closely with product teams to formulate sales strategies to drive the Investment fund sales to achieve the KPIs and OKRs laid on Investment Fund
- Drive initiatives such as sales process streamlining, system enhancements to deepen the engagement with frontline staff for higher working efficiency
- Oversee the training to frontline on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation
- University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the sales process and planning for Investment Fund or investment related, with 3 years or above business or commercialization role at senior level preferred. Candidates with less experience may also be considered provided they have relevant background with strong competences
- Demonstrated track record in product and sales journey management, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices, regulatory requirements
- Result-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrating capability in leading team to inspire and engage people at all levels and effect change to regulatory update
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes
- Language proficiency in English and Chinese
