We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Analyzing and interpreting system data to help uncover and tackle potential issues in a proactive manner.
  • Collecting, cleansing of data from various sources, including system logs, databases, alert data, incidents, and change data. Employ statistical tools and techniques to discern trends, detect risk, and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Strong Communication: Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Translating data into actional measures to help improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Engage closely with various stakeholders including engineering, service owners, Cyber team and platform owners to agree the findings, set priorities and develop solutions to address risk.
  • Hands-on support and infrastructure resiliency experience, strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Scripting, etc. Database management skills, PowerBI, Machine Learning Basics is a plus.
  • Strong expertise and understanding of various layers of the infrastructure to ensure service quality.
  • Understand and apply standards, best practices to ensure compliance with security standards, patching requirements, Disaster-Recovery and compliance.
  • Understanding of business requirements and service technical specifications
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence of issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Exposure to ITSM service management including Incident management , problem management , change management.
    • Handson exposure on reporting tools such as Service now
    • Handson experience on visualization tools - Splunk , Power BI , qlikview .
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Scripting, etc. Database management skills, PowerBI, Machine Learning Basics is a plus. (Good to have)
    • Infrastructure technology- OS, Databases, middleware (any 2 of them).
    • Strong understanding of Infrastructure technology
    • Very good understanding of infrastructure design, muti-layer architecture, network flow.
    • Strong problem-solving expertise, troubleshooting of the incidents.
    • Automation skills to improve efficiency and reduce incidents and alert volumes.
    • Understanding of Cloud technology, migration strategy, automation skills including change implementation, environment health-checks/validation, and configuration consistency checks.
