We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insights Lab Associate.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support Insights Lab on Investment Insights digital publications creation, management and delivery to clients and colleagues
  • Drive clients adoption of Investment Insights related digital engagement channels
  • Uplift Investment Insights efficacy on content commercialization via Investment Revenue (IR), Net New Invested Assets (NNIA)
  • The role holder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation. They will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures
  • They will also be expected to consistently display the behaviours that form part of the HSBC Values and culture and adhere to HSBC risk policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful you will

  • Be passionate on an investment dialogue with a broad internal and external audience
  • Be exceptionally good writer of concise, actionable investment related content, effectively an “investment tweeter” to a target audience. (English written fluency is a must, Chinese is an advantage)
  • Be expected to have experience in wealth management industry or in a financial institution
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered for a junior role
