We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA.

 In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for enhancing HSBC Model Risk Inventory System built upon IBM OpenPages platform. Required training on IBM OpenPages Product will be provided. 
  • Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and complete development, testing and create runbooks for support team to execute in Production
  • Support DevOps work in agile environment
  • Should be able to work on adhoc requests for automation, documentation, creating reports etc.
  • Provide functional and technical assistance to support teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 4-8 years of overall IT experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, SpringBoot, SQL, MVC framework
  • Very strong knowledge and hands on experience on Java 8 or above, SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit, REST Assure, Maven, Jenkins, GIT and SQL.
  • Extensive experience on APIs and Web/micro Services (REST, SOAP)
  • API Contract Design (RAML/Swagger)
  • Ensuring the Technical standard and coding Practices are followed in the deliveries.
  • Ensure and Embed Agile and Devops practices within the team.
  • Knowledge on Batch, Unix shell scripting
  • Ability to respond to questions / points of clarification from application suppliers, test teams and business in respect of the functionality being delivered
  • Demonstrable experience in the areas described above in a medium to large software delivery environment
  • A proven track record of the successful delivery of large scale projects in previous domains to tight deadlines
  • Delivery of releases in an agile delivery environment as well as traditional waterfall delivery
