We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Customer Proposition

Responsibilities:


The role holder is responsible for developing and managing Customer Value Proposition for mass affluent segment and subsequently work with relevant teams for other related segments whenever applicable. The Focus is to ensure WPB’s Value Proposition competitive compared to competition and able to fulfill customer needs. The role holder is also responsible for launch, implement, track, communicate, and ensure the proposition is landed both in channel and customer

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • 5 to 7 years working experience in financial institution or related.
  • Creative and dare to think outside the box.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Proven analytical skill.
  • Good Project Management Skill.
