We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Financial Crime Detection and Digital Enablement

Principal responsibilities

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data in a text or spread sheet format.
  • Experience of using relevant software packages, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships
  • Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
  • Responsible for leading the Test plan design, Execution and to Report on various Transaction Screening projects such as Wolf/Firco Continuity User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, Modules testing, Firco Filter upgrade testing,  Entity Resolution Filter (ERF) testing .All these projects are related to USA, EMEA and APAC regions with a specified requirements.
  • Provide regular qualitative updates to Global stakeholders on the output of review findings.
  • Establish engaging relationships with Global stakeholders, including FCR / FCC and work in partnership with the delivery of review findings and recommendations
  • Represent the Project Testing team in relevant meetings and provide appropriate guidance on review findings, highlighting recurring themes / incidents.
Requirements
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data in a text or spread sheet format.
  • Experience of using relevant software packages, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
  • Experience in testing of a global application
  • 5+ years testing experience including strong utilization of JIRA,Agile and Quality Centre tools(Desirable but not essential)
  • Extensive experience in the production of Test Plans, Scripts, Defects, Defect Reports and Test Closure packs
  • 3+ years’ experience of Compliance / Risk business line
  • ISTQB or ISEB Testing Qualification
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in various governance forums - like Steer CO , TSSC , Risk forums etc..
  • Support Transaction Screening Assurance  with Audits, FCRA and external reviews.
