Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing, and engagement.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, HR Advisory.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support people managers and employees in navigating the spectrum of HR Services with coaching and advice to help resolve queries
- Relationship manage and co-ordinate support for enquiries that touch multiple areas of HR, this may involve co-ordinating multiple HR specialists to resolve issues
- Support interpretation of policy and procedures
- Support change activities for people managers and HR colleagues around a broad range of HR Processes
- Support understanding of how HR products and services are received to continuously improve the overall workforce experience by using case and knowledge management tools to identify trends in the questions and challenges colleagues have
- Identify improvements to make HR services and products (and the supporting policies and processes) even better for the workforce based on data from case and knowledge management tools
- Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Cantonese proficiency is preferable but not a must
- Must be strong at stakeholder management
- Must be customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a remote team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Ability to understand complex situations and provide clear guidance and, where necessary, challenge to others
- Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and gaps in information, confidently seeking clarification and explanation
- A proactive self-starter with a “can-do”, customer focused approach who can learn quickly from experience
