We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager- Regulatory Compliance

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage the team, handling contingencies, learning & development, backup, succession & progression planning, and hiring management.
  • Review and assign Regulatory Developments alerts to the respective regional reviewers
  • Creation of ‘Regulatory Development’ records from alerts, and the assignment of actions and sub- actions, which will serve as a workflow management solution
  • Being responsible for enhancement and documentation of the process
  • Preparation of high level summary of the ongoing regulatory developments and share it with the business on a periodic basis
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly Management Reports
  • Perform periodic Quality check on open/completed/assigned alerts and share the report with the business.
  • Close working relationship maintained with the Compliance function, Regulatory Compliance and any other internal customers
  • Desire to pass on skills for the good of the team and learn from the other team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation, preferably in Commerce (B.Com), BBA.      
  • Good command of both oral and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Regulation, Regulators and structures, Risk management framework is necessary.
  • Fast learner - Able to understand new regulations, systems, business concepts etc.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts.
  • Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills, combined with strong courageous integrity to challenge, ask the right questions, be persistent, give and receive feedback positively, collaborate effectively within own team, outside team and with front office.
  • IT user expertise in working on systems and applications, with proficiency in MS Excel/Access/Word/Ppt
