We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Retail Products.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and help drive ongoing deliverables that form part of the Business Management remit including financial planning, Budget and Forecast, operational cost management, FTE monitoring, and business performance variance analysis
  • Support the Senior Manager Retail Products on strategy formulation and presentations and staff engagement activities
  • Support the retail product teams across a wide spectrum of initiatives as required including balance sheet management, NII sensitivity, product initiatives implementation and business performance tracking
  • Challenge the status quo and enable retail product teams to deliver key priorities and objectives of the Business
  • Provide information on business performance and ad-hoc administrative support within the team
Requirements
  • University degree in Business/Finance/Risk Management or related subject with experience in strategy planning, business performance or retail product management
  • Ability to form effective business relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong, problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to develop strategic plans respond to changes and movement in the market
  • Sensitive to numbers with attention to details and able to come up with actionable insights leveraging on data & analytics
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
