We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Wealth and Personal Banking Strategy Management

Responsibilities:

The role holder is responsible to track the strategy execution in WPB business toward achieving its goals, monitor & analyze business performance, and ensure alignment between business goals and activities. This role acts as a bridge between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, driving operational effectiveness and enabling growth. This role has a close relationship with Finance and Product team to make the link between financial performance and targeted action plans to achieve business goals.

  • Support WPB Business toward achieving its goals, by tracking of key strategic business initiatives, monitor business performance and ensure alignment between business goals and activities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate business performance (financial and key drivers), identify gaps and recommend solution
  • Work with all stakeholders to oversee WPB performance to align with plan and evaluate, as well as identify and implement strategy to improve business performance.
  • Communicate and partner with internal stakeholders towards specific WPB goals to ensure performance standards are understood and owned by the stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Minimum of three years proven and progressive analytical, planning and project management experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, analytical, mathematical and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of the Company’s branch network, customer segments, products offered and competitive market.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (customers, employees, peers, etc.)
