Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a seamless customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Mortgages Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Monitor business performance and provide support on business forecast
  • Prepare MI and regular reporting / returns on mortgage portfolio
  • Support FRP process and on-going monthly financial review forecasts
  • Conduct control monitoring and regular review of risks and controls (RCA, SOX, Continuous Monitoring etc.) and manage process and control changes in Helios
  • Work with 2LOD / other Risk counterparts on projects / initiatives related to business and process control
  • Assist in audit/compliance related reviews
  • Support the delivery of effective processes and propose improvements/efficiencies as required
  • Provide support in other strategic projects and data related projects such as Gradular Data Reporting (GDR)
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Sensitive to market move
  • Experience in management information and business forecast preferred
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
  • Ability to articulate control-related business process
  • Proficient in application software including excel, Qlick-Sense
  • Strong communication skills
