We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SR. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutions Architect: Designs and implements storage solutions for customers, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains reference architectures and best practices.
• Leads technical workshops and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborates with sales, engineering, and product management teams.
• Guides customers on cloud migration strategies.
• Cloud Solutions Architect: Focuses on designing and implementing solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Optimizes cloud workloads and storage performance.
• Collaborates with cloud providers to evangelize NetApp solutions.
• May specialize in specific areas like EDA (Electronic Design Automation) workloads.
• Platform Reliability Engineering Architect: Focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of critical systems.
• Identify and implement improvements in software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• May lead a team responsible for system reliability.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications – External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT.
• Strong understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, cloud storage). 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and security concepts. 
• Proficiency in scripting and automation. 
• Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Ability to lead and mentor others. 
• Extensive experience in technical solutions architecture, cloud architecture, or related fields. 
• Experience with NetApp products and technologies (e.g., ONTAP, BlueXP).
