We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Impact on the Business:
· Oversee end-to-end event management, including conceptualization, logistics coordination, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
· Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the team. Identify and implement new technologies or processes that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customers / Stakeholders:
· Customer Satisfaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather feedback regularly to understand their needs and expectations, and use this information to drive improvements in products and services.
· Communication: Ensure transparent and effective communication channels are in place. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, address concerns promptly, and manage expectations to build trust and loyalty.
· Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Leadership & Teamwork:
· Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
· Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage conflicts within the team or between departments. Promote a positive and constructive work environment by addressing issues promptly and fairly.
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
· Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery and product standards.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors regularly and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact on business operations.
· Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards. Stay updated on legal requirements and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Strong educational background with bachelor's degree;
· At least 1 years of work experience in insurance companies or financial institution;
· Customer events and marketing events related experience is preferred;
· Team player and strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent Microsoft Skills of Excel and PowerPoint, especially in PPT presentation
· Able to work under multi-task environment and to travel
· Strong analytical skills
· Proficiency in English
