We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Efficiency Analyst

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regional meetings and escalate any issues/Challenges in a timely manner and propose solutions where required
  • Successful delivery of considerable optimization & efficiency gain project undertaken
  • Support & drive increasing operational efficiency and resilience of Global Private Banking central functions as well as Global Private Banking wide direct and indirect cost.
  • Provide accurate and timely MI.
  • Ensure all processed MI's/region specific tasks and reports are accurate and shared as per agreed timelines.
  • Observe/Analyze MI Areas of improvement and suggest corrective action whenever applicable.
  • Ensure timely escalation of all delays/challenges and proactively look for resolution to minimize any negative impact.
  • Ensure that stakeholder expectations are met with highest level of professionalism and value led exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report production
  • Graduate in Any stream
  • Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  • Effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • An Understanding of cost allocation methodology and models  and Cost controller / Planning & Finance / third party / Org design experience
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating procedure documents annually or as and when required. and to undertake all complex processing within the section.
  • To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed and completed in accordance with procedures.
  • The job involves financial and reputation risk so all the referrals should be sorted out within SLA and Ensure error free and quality processing.
