In this role, you will:

·       Effectively conduct operational BAU activities of MSS Ops as required in GHSS, MSS FIM, DIB, Local Dim. 

·       Support SSV Team to reach ultimate client servicing and client satisfaction. 

·       Collaborate and coordinate with GSC teams to ensure BAU activities are conducted fully and to follow up on non BAU activities. BAU activities would include and not limited to Reconciliation, Corporate action activities, Fee Billing, Settlement & FX. 

·       Ensure all non GSC activities are completed accurately and within internal / Market cut of time. 

·       Follow up with market stakeholders whenever required this may include and not limited to Clearing companies, Brokers and Issuers.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·       University Degree 

·       Good communication skills in Arabic both written and verbal 

·       Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of accountability

·       Ability to lead offshore teams for deliver high level of service to the client
