This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services, balancing technical expertise with strategic leadership to meet organizational goals and client expectations.
As our Portfolio Delivery Lead you will:
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth
- Lead the delivery of Trade Floor Voice and Media Capture services, ensuring adherence to global standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for proves optimization and innovation in service delivery
- The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing feedback loops and data analytics to inform service enhancement
- Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $131,900.00 and $197,800.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related disciplines is preferred
- 10+ Years’ experience in Trade Floor Voice with a concentration in Trade Floor Voice and Media Capture Delivery
- Understanding of ITIL V4 framework and service management best practices
- Proven experience in managing large-scale service operations and cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant knowledge of ITIL Expert, COBIT, or Six Sigma preferred
- Experience with digital transformation in initiatives and service automation
- Familiarity with service management tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management).
