In this role you will:
- Manage and engage proactively with high-net-worth clients, anticipating their needs and being responsive in fulfilling their personal banking requirements.
- Ensure growth, acquisition and retention of affluent/premier customers, providing clients with holistic full-service banking and wealth management solutions
- Meet the needs of a high net worth customer base, being flexible to meet with clients outside of the office as needed
- Generate new business and manage business development initiatives within HSBC Bermuda’s risk appetite.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in customer relationship management within banking or financial services environment.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Professional designation in Investments, i.e. Series 7, Certified Securities Certificate or equivalent
- Proven ability to meet the needs of clients in a customer driven environment along with the ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
- Strong knowledge of consumer credit specifically in mortgage applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
