We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Specialist and Support
Business: Intl Wealth & Premier Banking
Principal responsibilities
- Support daily activities for Wealth Premier Support in Hong Kong and Singapore particularly on Capital markets / Discretionary Products across Private Bank and Retail Wealth businesses.
- Produce data analytics that are fit for purpose of the team and stakeholders
- Support product monitoring, offering and pricing related task.
- Prepare & provide product material and information, including product factsheet, product features, risk disclosures,
- Provide updates throughout product life cycle, e.g. bond corporate action
- Conduct gap analysis and implementation of new initiatives, new regulatory changes, internal guideline Oversee product governance.
- Perform product due diligence and maintain product policies and procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Nil evidence of breaches towards the bank’s policies & regulations like Data Protection and Privacy, Anti Money Laundering, Information Risk policy and Regulatory requirements, process specific regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ Master Degree in Finance or related subject.
- 8+ years of experiences in the asset management industry.
- Master’s degree in finance or business administration. Certifications like CA, CFA, FRM, etc.
- Strong understanding in different asset classes, such as Bonds, Equities, Multi-assets, Derivatives, Mutual funds, Hedge Funds
- Effective stakeholder management and communications with the senior management, internal and external third parties, able to work with teams across locations.
- Professionalism, integrity, ability of problem solving, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Technical communication with IT in term of user requirements and solutions. Good excel and word skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using tools such as python, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
