Here in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. The France DBS (Digital Business Services) Transformation team is a local change practice driving changes for our global business and functions by accelerating, orchestrating, and delivering outcomes that help HSBC achieve its strategic priorities and add value to its customers. The team brings in best of class execution skills, design led approach and deliver at pace to translate and achieve the desired business outcomes on large, complex, cross-business and function projects as well as certain local regulatory initiatives. The scope covers all current HBCE markets. The role holder has to be based in Paris.
 Are you rigorous and customer oriented? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an organization or in project management? Knowledge of standard program/project management tools? and you have a perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office? Do you enjoy evolving in a complex and changing environment? Do you want to work on various subjects at the same time? and of course you like the project environment?

What you will do: 
•    Monitor the HBCE project portfolio in order to manage execution and concentration risk in compliance with our internal obligations. 
•    Support the Program Manager for significant Programs in the portfolio 
•    Support the Transformation team’s “run” activities (validation of internal billing, team communication, etc.)

In this role you will:

•    Identify with the main business/functions the initiatives to follow 
•    Analyze the risks & issues and prepare materials for portfolio monitoring committees
•    Assist the Program Manager in defining governance, planning, budget 
•    Track milestones, risks and issues 
•    Manage project documentation and its validation
•    Prepare notes for Senior Management 
•    Communicate on the team’s successes

Requirements

You should apply if you have: 

•    Fluent English required, French appreciated 
•    Excellent communication (orally and in writing), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•    Project coordination using Agile method 
•    Organization and planning skills
