We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Project Manager - Team Lead, Client Implementation and Integration.

Role Purpose: 

The role of a Team Lead in Client Implementation & Integration is pivotal in shaping global and local client relationships by leading a team to manage multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion. You'll be at the forefront of onboarding clients into our platform, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfactions and inspiring your team towards excellence 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
  • Drive key performance metrics across the client implementation and integration team and demonstrate improvement in revenue realization, digitisation and client satisfaction.
  • Lead pre-mandate and RFI/RFP consultation for diverse client base utilising your deep knowledge of Payments, Collections, Liquidity, ERP and Regulatory solutions.
  • Streamline documentation processes using GDOC's to ensure accurate and timely delivery, minimising friction.
  • Drive the use of proactive project management methodologies and scalable organizational designs to manage multiple client projects effectively
  • Serve as the central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of client relationships post sales leading client communication throughout the project life cycle and beyond.
  • Drive accountability within the team to ensure every client is able to operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations met before a project is completed.
  • Drive continuous improvements initiatives to enhance our Net Promoter Score, providing valuable feedback to improve client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams globally, including Legal, Operations, IT, Sales and Product, to optimize internal processes and project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in payments products and technology.
  • As a role model and escalation point team, providing training, support and guidance.
  • Drive the strategic priorities of the GPS business, promoting positive culture by maintaining A balanced approach to work and life, even when under pressure

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead and guide a team within client implementation and integration, tracking projects assigned, handling escalations, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
  • Motivate and inspire positive communication within the team and achieve goals effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at senior level, collaborating with Legal, Operations, IT, Sales, and Product to build robust and positive relationships which drive our strategy forward.
  • Present regularly on town halls and exchanges, cascading relevant team updates across CIB.
  • Support the Regional Head of Implementation and Integration on strategic initiatives, driving forward the delivery of our strategy for GPS, and ensure our team alignment
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management. 
  • Proficiency in payments and liquidity and product knowledge. 
  • Previous project management experience with relevant qualifications.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively in real-time. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. 
  • Proven ability to excel under pressure and drive strategic initiatives
