We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager.
Job Duties:
- Supporting RB&W Head of Branch Operation Management , the jobholder will be responsible for risk and control monitoring of RB&W business.
- Identification of risk and controls mechanisms, provide data analytics related to control monitoring and risk control intelligence，monitoring of controls and liaising with stakeholders on operational risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct QA checking, provide guidance, thematic review on high risk areas of business and ensure remedial actions are followed up through accordingly.
- Maintain internal control standards and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of internal and external audit recommendations and/or any issues raised by external regulator.
- Understand, follow up and review regularly compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of RB&W business, promote conduct culture and compliance awareness on business risk requirements.

- University degree with at least 10 years’ hands on experiences in RB&W risk management roles;
- Good understanding of knowledge of regulatory compliance, operational risks and internal control standards;
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and manage continually changing priorities effectively;
- With strong knowledge and understanding on RB&W product, operation, service Data analysis.
