We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regional Operations Officer

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate the regional hiring approval process, including tracking submissions and coordinating approvals at both regional and global levels
  • Execute monthly HR reporting cycles, including data extraction, analysis, and distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Generate and review ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision making
  • Create and maintain organizational charts to reflect current structure and reporting relationships
  • Coordinate annual renewals of practice certificate for the department
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting related to the population of the region
  • Maintain confidential HR documentation and records with utmost discretion
  • Be the regional point of contact for resource hiring and onboarding process
Requirements
  • Experience of minimum 5 yrs in building org charts in excel, raising hiring requests, budgeting
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
