We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Retail Collections Manager.
Job Duties:
- Perform oversight and advisory role within collection team in day-to-day jobs.
- Able to come up with sensible collection strategy and adequate delinquent account handling approach, with comprehensive consideration of various cases’ situation and always aim for effective resolution in quick way.
- Provide prompt responses and recommendations on collection policies/procedures to adapt to the fast and changing market.
- Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to the review findings, customer feedback and business needs.
- Capability to produce and review collection MIS as required, and highlight to supervisor if any deterioration in portfolio quality/ booking trend, especially on flow rate/LIC/ECL/NPL monitoring etc.
- Closely engaged with appointed law firms and collection vendors to urge them in litigation or other collection proceedings.
- Self engagement in key delinquency or problem accounts’ follow-up and conduct collections activities according (i.e. collection calls, chasing law firms and litigation progress, timely adjustment on collection strategy as necessary etc).
- Capable to manage and monitor on Debt Collection Agency performance as an oversight role.
- Support in collection related projects and credit bureau management requirements.
- Handle and manage Third Party engagement (TPEM).
要求
- College graduate or above.
- At least 7-8 years’ work experience in Banking/Finance/Risk etc. as operational role, preferred with collection skills
- Good understanding of portfolio management technique including analytics
- Self-driven with sharp sense on delinquency monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PC application software such as MS Excel, Power Point etc
