Reports to: Country Head of GTS

Role Purpose
The role requires the individual to drive for business growth, and assist local GTS Head who reports directly to CEO and Head of Banking in Taiwan on an entity basis and to Regional Head of GTS on a functional basis. Strong collaboration with coverage team to cover Corporate and FIG business, initiatives by leveraging global/regional/local GTS teams and stakeholders.

Job Contents
  1. To plan and manage GTS business development covering all aspects of new and existing GTS customers/ wallet acquisition- from transactional sales, identifying new opportunities for wallet share growth.
  2. To drive GTS sales team for growing and achieving business targets for GTS.
  3. To develop, cultivate and foster a strong and robust sales culture in the Team.
  4. To structure trade and receivables finance solutions to ensure maximum profitability, ethical sales and the attainment of strategic and operating objectives.
  5. Drive the delivery of a comprehensive and competitive suite of GTS solutions, delivered through a range of delivery channels by executing a commercially focused product management strategy, which aligns with the propositional requirements of the Customer Groups
  6. Encourage cross-country and cross-business teamwork by sharing best practices
  7. Deepen customer relationships through championing business co-operation with key stakeholders and ensure strong networks with key external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, IT vendors etc
  8. To work with other Group offices to build-intra Group business.

  1. Bachelor degree above majored in related with solid experience in Trade Services & Sales
  2. Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus
  3. Broad corporate banking and relationship management experience including an in-depth knowledge of the GTS business on a global basis
  4. Experience of managing resources to achieve objectives using appropriate communication delegation and planning skills
  5. A sound knowledge of all aspects of the corporate business
  6. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is considered essential
