Senior Consultant Specialist.
Project & Role Description
Governance Risk and Control is looking for highly motivated individual to undertake a GCP Devops Engineer role Enterprise technology, principally to work on Presentation layer for policies and procedures and dispensation management for the same.
This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
- Responsible for development and maintenance of CD pipelines to provision, configure and deletion of cloud resources in Google Cloud Platform
- Created Terraform configuration files using terraform modules for provisioning infra in GCP
- Responsible for automating the CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Responsible for creating custom image using packer configuration files.
- Responsible for downloading and scanning of Looker jars using Sonatype Lifecycle.
- Responsible for installing and upgrading Looker to latest versions.
- Responsible for creating Custom firewalls rules as per project requirements.
Requirements
Key skills required:
- Hands on experience in automating and optimizing infrastructure in GCP
- Having knowledge on using tools like Git, Github, Jenkins and Terraform.
- Hands on experience on GCP services like Google Compute Engine, Cloud Sql, Cloud DNS, Cloud Load Balancing, Filestore, GCS bucket,VPC.
- Experience in creating monitoring dashboards, logging metrics, notification channels, alert policies for GCP services.
- Experience in writing Terraform configuration files to deploy resources in GCP.
