We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Ability to develop and implement ML. algorithms.

  • Ability to Create Python library and/or modify an existing one.

  • Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.

  • Analysing the algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem.

  • Analysing the errors of the scripts and designing strategies to overcome them

  • Managing Version control and Code repository

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hands on experience of Python, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Keras, apaCy, NLTK Experience of Open Source OCR libraries Tesseract, OpenCV, PYTesseract

  • Knowledge of Pre-trained OCR models, Optimization of Pre-trained modals

  • Hands on experience on Tools (Ex-Visual Studio Code or PyCharm or Jupiter or Anaconda)

  • Strong written & verbal Communication skills.

  • Good judgement, sense of urgency and accountability; time management organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop OOP solutions in Python and create and modify the HSBC internal python libraries.

Desired Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Database and SQL

  • Good knowledge of DevOps , CICD , Docker and Kubernetes

  • Added advantage of cloud skills GCP or AWS
