We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Role purpose:

  • The role will require operating in the context of the global team, supporting 24-hours business.

  • Additionally, SRE engineer will be expected to understand the business context of Power Platform technology platform, participate in incident management.

  • Work closely with team leads and members of Coe team, architects and production services professionals in the wider organization.

  • Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Develop, configure and operate observability tooling kit including various in-house monitoring and alerting tools.

  • Develop and operate the configuration management and release deployment automation toolkits and integrate these with wider group IT ecosystem.

  • Develop and operate tools to facilitate effective operations across other disciplines of production service management.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of the business practices and system capabilities.

Requirements
  • Have technical knowledge and skills in Azure and power platform or relevant Low Code/ No Code experience.

  • Be able to work in a larger team, understand priorities of others, managing conflicts while ensuring that production standards are not compromised.

  • Project management, change management and time management skills, excellent knowledge of project life cycle.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude;

  • A fast learner with effective planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Willingness to work with the team/business in different time zone occasionally. What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications).

  • Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies / applications required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training.

  • Shouldering responsibility diligently and delivering quality output within the defined schedule and service levels.

  • Constantly work towards improving technical / application knowledge capabilities of the teams.

  • Continuously contribute to enhance best practices and to ensure that these are implemented within projects. Also validate that projects are following the coding and design standards and guidelines.
