We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will: 

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Data and Analytics Manager to lead entity-level data transformation and statistics work management, inclusive of regulatory data reporting, data quality oversight, and bank-wide data transformation initiatives. The role will lead a team of professionals and accountable for both day-to-day operations and transformational projects that align with regulatory and business priorities.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

           Lead and manage HBCN entity level data transformation and regulatory statistics, including regulatory data reporting, data quality and reporting obligation assignment.

           Drive cross-functional (GB/GF) initiatives, coordinating project delivery and working groups focused on data governance, quality, and analytics enablement.

           Oversee the execution of business-as-usual activities and in-scope projects, ensuring timely issue resolution, escalation, and stakeholder engagement.

           Consolidate, prioritize, and deliver regulatory reporting and transformation outputs in response to business and external regulatory expectations.

           Represent the function in governance forums, escalating reporting risks and data-related issues to senior management as appropriate.

           Lead the implementation of data quality controls, remediation plans, and issue management in line with regulatory or internal requirements.

           Drive the enhancement and commercialization of enterprise-level data platforms to unlock business value and support regulatory and business use cases.

           Champion digital capabilities and modernization of regulatory statistics work across the organization.

           Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to coordinate data quality, data reporting and data capability initiatives.

           Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and ensure benefit realization from transformation investments.

           Stay abreast of emerging technologies and innovations to modernize approaches in data governance and regulatory reporting.

           Influence Group-level tool and methodology enhancements to support HBCN’s strategic priorities.

    要求

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

           Minimum 5+ years of experience in large-scale data governance, transformation, or regulatory reporting within financial services or a comparable sector.

           2+ years in a senior leadership role, with direct experience in driving enterprise change and regulatory transformation programs.

           Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory reporting.

           Familiarity with regulatory requirements for data quality and reporting (e.g. NFRA/PBoC/SAFE requirements).

           Proven ability to manage under high-stakes environments with composure and strategic clarity.

           Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional levels.

           Demonstrated expertise in project governance, budget management, and performance delivery.

           Highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

           Culturally agile, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate in a global matrixed environment.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

           Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Data Management, Information Systems, Risk).

           Hands-on experience in regulatory data reporting, analytics, or data-driven risk management.

           Prior exposure to data platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise data transformation tools.

           Track record of leading multinational teams and delivering results in highly regulated environments.
