We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Product Owner.

Principal Responsibilities

  • The role holder will be the main responsible for the overall adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Hong Kong and Singapore Markets, leading training, product development (including user feedback iterations) and materialization of the business outcomes defined in the QBRs
  • Delivery of a prioritised backlog; delivering the best outcomes for customers and colleagues. Turns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viable
  • The role holder will be the single point of accountability for the delivery outcomes of the projects so will have a good understanding across, technology, agile, design and business
  • Design and implement process to track increased productivity and revenue performance post implementation to ensure business case outcomes achieved
  • Implement governance to ensure robust tracking in place to manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
  • Regular reports and acts on business management requests
  • Track all internal related initiatives OKRs and milestones
  • Ownership and SME for the Sales, Prospect and Leads Microsoft Dynamics features
  • Support the Global Head of CRM GPB&W in determining and delivering the overall sales and leads management tooling strategy 
Requirements
  • Experience in product ownership and general business change delivery
  • Good understanding of CRM principles and Sales, Prospect and Leads management processes and solutions
  • Track record in building processes and frameworks / executive reporting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM or in the Private Bank
  • Experience of working across country/ regional and Global teams
