We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Financial Services Officer - INSURANCE - UNDERWRITING HSIC.
Principal responsibilities
Underwriting Group
- Review the completeness and validity of documents submitted by guests.
- Ability to review customer information and make correct judgments after underwriting in accordance with insurance-related operating guidelines.
- Have the ability to make decisions and determine whether the customer is eligible for insurance based on the customer's risk index.
- Follow up with the branch sales manager in a timely manner on the completeness of the customer’s policy information.
- Implement relevant HSBC internal control standards and group compliance policies.

- College degree or above.
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Good team spirit.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Strong communication and expression skills.
- Applicants holding LOMA qualification certificate will be given priority.
- Ability to withstand certain work pressure and complete daily tasks within specified time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide help or assistance to other colleagues or superiors.
- Assume part of the administrative work.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
