We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant  Specialist.

 In this role, you will:

• It is a technical lead role to design, lead and drive development of high-volume, low-latency applications for Regulatory IT.
• Candidate will be part of the strategic platform and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs comply with specifications and business requirements.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Mentor team members, providing them with guidance, technical and otherwise, when needed.
• Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to ensure the technology strategy is aligned with the business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the team's work align with business required and technical standards.
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience as Full stack developer/team lead
• Strong knowledge and experience in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, API based design, SOA, Microservices.
• Having experience in Spark/Hadoop ecosystem
• Good understanding of DevOps and agile methodology
• Prior experience as a technical team lead.
• Middleware technology like MQ, Solace, RESTful Services.
• Experience with build and development tools such as, Eclipse, GIT, JIRA, IntelliJ, Maven, Ansible, Jenkins, stash.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Successful track record of system implementation and support.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Apache Beam, Apache Airflow, and object store will be big plus.
• Basic understanding of Python is a plus.
• Good to have experience in GCP or any other cloud provider.
• Good to have Docker & Kubernetes experience.
