We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Performance Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Analyse key trends, opportunities and diagnose performance gaps across both financial and non-financial drivers
  • Recommend, drive and develop action plans to address issues, and provide strategic advice to the Head of IWPB Asia
  • Handle end-to-end production of regular business management submissions to facilitate Global International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB) Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Asia & Middle East Opco, and various external engagements
  • Manage regular business reviews across IWPB Asia markets, Product partners, and LOBs; steer focused discussion and translate into actionable business actions to drive business growth and mitigate risk
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance and Risk and to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in performance reporting (internal & external).  Validate data sources and reporting methodologies to uphold integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with IWPB COO / CCO teams and various internal stakeholders for alignment in strategic execution (e.g. branch investment, operations demand), business performance tracking and planning
  • Champion strategic cost management through monitoring and analysis of cost drivers, and developing measures to improve cost efficiency
  • Represent IWPB Asia to provide business management input to Group vertical stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Substantial experience in Business Management; solid knowledge in International Wealth & Premier Banking pertaining to Products or Segments
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.  Capacity to work with and present to a variety of levels including senior executives
  • Ability to develop, direct and implement business plans and strategies
  • Good analytical and financial skills e.g. MI design and reporting, FRP process, D&A
  • Adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
