We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Planning Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of best in class and up to date training approaches, mechanisms and tooling
  • Good insight into training providers and agencies, knowledge of market trends within wealth management training
  • Good understanding of Wealth Management products, skills and related sales journeys
  • Working knowledge of wealth relationship management productivity KPIs, incentives and performance metrics
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and excel, able to story tell
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Advanced project management and operational management skills, able to co-ordinate across multiple markets, internal and external partners, third party agencies to achieve common objectives
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Develop and curate engaging online courses that align with the Wealth Academy's curriculum
  • Organize live training sessions and workshops to facilitate real-time interaction and engagement with varies internal and external parties. Working with fund houses to agree course content whilst liaising with markets to ensure fit for purpose
  • Support and coordinate schedules and logistics for in-person events including collaboration with business schools to co-design training programs
  • Provide industry insight on AI tools to personalize learning experiences and optimize training delivery. Explore data analytics to assess training effectiveness and participant engagement
  • Support design and execution of a train the trainer approach, aggregating detailed training content into shorter training course
  • Support design and execution of a career progression roadmap, integrating role capability requirements, training, accreditation and career progression into a cohesive framework
