We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for automation testing projects. Conduct functional, non-functional, and regression testing of payment systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Design and develop automation frameworks and test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficient with Postman & Insomnia. Perform API testing to validate data flow, integrations, and system functionality.
- Possess a solid understanding of ISO2022, ISO8583, CBRF, ACH, and their relevance to the testing process.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability, reliability, and maintainability of applications in a microservices architecture.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to automation testing in the payments domain.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of test progress, test results, and project status to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ Years of experience in testing domain.
Proven experience as an Automation Testing Lead with a strong background in the payments domain.
Expertise in API testing and automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of ISO2022, ISO8583, CBRF, ACH, and their implications on payment systems and testing processes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Experience working with microservices architecture and associated testing challenges.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
Proficient in Automation tool like Selenium & Cucumber.
