We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director
In this role, you will:
- Provide inputs to senior management to allow portfolio risks and issues to be addressed
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally & externally to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action
- Supporting Transformation Leadership to shape direction and strategy for the portfolio and reflect this in portfolio prioritization
- Supporting Transformation Leadership and the Group Transformation Office to shape new ways of working and processes to optimize portfolios
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience
- 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in programme/project management role on complex projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of the Programme and Project lifecycle; including working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMO processes and best practice techniques
- Accountable for overseeing change portfolio and value management activities
- Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio delivery tracking, capability plan management, thematic portfolio reviews and portfolio delivery
- Drive the adoption of HSBC Change Framework standards and work in alignment with HSBC transformation methodology at all times
- Supports effective portfolio, programme and project risk management through the implementation of the HSBC Change framework

- Personable and able to build strong rapport with the team, users, HTS and senior management
- Team player, who is nonetheless able to work with little supervision; proactive, with drive and energy.

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of integrity, handling confidential information and sensitive matters in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to produce clear, concise reporting
