We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Experience of capturing requirements for complex reporting
  • Experience of documenting requirements in formal requirements documents
  • Experience in providing risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation
  • Sound Knowledge of corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning functions and related processes
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, Discipline Agile)
  • Advocate best practices in development and reporting
  • Ability to work with business users and understand business problems & processes
  • Must have good verbal communication and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to customers
  • A self-motivated, confident team player who can work independently without supervision
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to balance multiple modules and prioritize as necessary
  • Ensuring Data and Access integrity and follow proper governance compliance control
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior resource
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 6+ years of core hands-on TM1/Planning Analytics development skills
  • Deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient business solutions by supporting all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Subsets, Hierarchies, Attributes, and Business Rules) without using wizard
  • Advance TM1 skills for TI Processing
  • Write and Optimize Complex Rules to support reporting and validation requirements
  • Experienced with TM1 performance optimization (feeder & skip checks)
  • Hands-on Experience on Advance PAW/PAX and TM1 Reporting
  • Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills with advanced reconciliation approaches to match data between systems
  • Strong knowledge of MDX Query Statements, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic
  • Must have Experience in Allocation Implementation and automation of BAU Tasks
  • Proficient with TM1 Security functionality and can design security layer for the data model
  • Advanced TM1 Architecture Knowledge
  • Experience with TM1 Rest API and Tm1py library
  • Experience with relational databases like SQL Server/DB2/Oracle Database
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Batch Script)
  • Experience with GIT or other Version Control is must for production releases
  • Experience in TM1 instances/server administration using correct TM1 Configuration Parameters
  • Relevant Certifications, such as IBM Certified Developer/Modeler, Admin , are a plus
