Commercial Banking (CMB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
 
In this role, you will:
  1. To provide a high quality service and sales for customers' banking needs through proactive use of tele-media, digital service.
  2. To handle enquiries relating to CMB products e.g. loan and deposit, internet banking, account opening procedure, trade service.
  3. Identifies sales opportunities and proactively cross sells CMB services, such as account opening, internet banking, facility and deposit, based on customer needs. While necessary, refers potential customers and prospects to CMB accordingly
  4. Builds and strengthens customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service
  5. Supports the objectives of sales and service excellence by participating actively in team activities to share good practice, information, ideas and techniques for work improvement

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  1. Good knowledge of China CMB business and general banking knowledge including but not limited to payment service, account service, account opening etc.
  2. High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  4. Good team spirit and collaboration with relevant teams within the bank
